Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności opisuje, w jaki sposób aplikacja Aplikacja Nauczyciela gromadzi, przetwarza i chroni dane użytkowników. Korzystając z aplikacji, akceptujesz zasady opisane w tym dokumencie.
Następujące dane są przechowywane wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu w lokalnej bazie danych (SQLite) i nigdy nie są przesyłane na żadne zewnętrzne serwery:
Aby wygenerować plan lekcji, aplikacja wysyła zapytanie do API Google Gemini. Zapytanie nie trafia bezpośrednio do Google — przechodzi przez serwer pośredniczący obsługiwany przez dewelopera (Google Cloud Run, region europe-central2, Warszawa). Przed wysłaniem wszystkie dane osobowe uczniów są anonimizowane na urządzeniu — zamiast imion i opisów używane są ogólne etykiety (np. „Uczeń A"). Serwer pośredniczący nie otrzymuje danych osobowych dzieci. Zapisuje on natomiast metadane techniczne potrzebne do działania usługi i ochrony przed nadużyciami: anonimowy identyfikator urządzenia (UUID), wersja aplikacji, czas odpowiedzi oraz kod statusu. Aplikacja wyświetla reklamy za pośrednictwem Google AdMob. W tym celu AdMob może zbierać:
Przed pierwszym użyciem aplikacja wyświetla baner zgody RODO. Możesz wybrać reklamy spersonalizowane lub niespersonalizowane. Szczegóły: Polityka reklamowa Google.
Aby chronić darmowe generowanie planów przed nadużyciami, aplikacja prosi Google Play o token Play Integrity potwierdzający, że instalacja pochodzi ze Sklepu Play. Token jest wysyłany do serwera pośredniczącego (§3a) i tam dekodowany przez Google. Token nie zawiera danych osobowych — jedynie informacje o integralności urządzenia i instalacji. Wynik weryfikacji jest logowany razem z anonimowym identyfikatorem urządzenia. Szczegóły: Google Play Integrity API.
Jeśli wykupisz subskrypcję Premium, płatność obsługuje wyłącznie Google Play Billing — deweloper nie otrzymuje danych Twojej karty, adresu ani imienia. Po zakupie aplikacja przesyła do serwera pośredniczącego (§3a) token zakupu wystawiony przez Google Play. Serwer weryfikuje go u Google i zapisuje w bazie Google Cloud Firestore (region europe-central2) następujące dane:
Dane te są niezbędne do utrzymania dostępu do funkcji Premium (również offline) i do ochrony przed nadużyciami. Nie są udostępniane osobom trzecim. Po wygaśnięciu subskrypcji rekord pozostaje przez 90 dni do celów rozliczeniowych, a następnie jest usuwany.
Jako użytkownik masz prawo do:
Aplikacja jest przeznaczona dla nauczycieli (dorosłych użytkowników), a nie dla dzieci. Aplikacja nie gromadzi świadomie danych osobowych od osób poniżej 13. roku życia. Profile uczniów mogą zawierać opisy potrzeb edukacyjnych, lecz są one przechowywane wyłącznie lokalnie i nigdy nie są wysyłane do zewnętrznych usług w postaci danych osobowych.
Subskrypcja Premium powiązana jest z kontem Google Play dorosłego nauczyciela, który zainstalował aplikację — nie z kontem dziecka.
Dane lokalne (profile uczniów, plany lekcji) są chronione mechanizmami bezpieczeństwa systemu Android i nigdy nie opuszczają urządzenia. Dane techniczne wysyłane do serwera pośredniczącego oraz do Google (§3a–3d) nie zawierają danych osobowych dzieci ani imion użytkownika.

This Privacy Policy explains how Aplikacja Nauczyciela collects, processes, and protects user data. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this document.
The following data is stored exclusively on your device in a local SQLite database and is never transmitted to any external servers:
To generate a lesson plan, the app sends a request to the Google Gemini API. The request does not go directly to Google — it passes through a developer-operated proxy server (Google Cloud Run, region europe-central2, Warsaw). Before transmission, all student personal data is anonymized on-device — real names and descriptions are replaced with generic labels (e.g. "Student A"). The proxy server does not receive children's personal data. It does store technical metadata required for service operation and abuse protection: an anonymous device identifier (UUID), app version, response time, and status code. These records live in Google Cloud logs for 30 days. See: Google Privacy Policy.
The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
On first launch, the app displays a GDPR consent banner. You can choose between personalized or non-personalized ads. See: Google Advertising Policy.
To protect free plan generation from abuse, the app requests a Play Integrity token from Google Play confirming that the installation comes from the Play Store. The token is sent to the proxy server (§3a) and decoded there by Google. The token contains no personal data — only device and installation integrity signals. The verification result is logged together with the anonymous device identifier. See: Google Play Integrity API.
If you purchase a Premium subscription, the payment is handled exclusively by Google Play Billing — the developer does not receive your card details, address, or name. After purchase, the app sends the purchase token issued by Google Play to the proxy server (§3a). The server verifies the token with Google and stores the following in Google Cloud Firestore (region europe-central2):
This data is necessary to keep Premium access working (including offline) and to protect against abuse. It is not shared with third parties. After the subscription expires the record is retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation, then deleted.

The app is intended for teachers (adult users), not children. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Student profiles may contain educational needs descriptions, but these are stored locally only and are never transmitted to external services as personal data.
The Premium subscription is tied to the adult teacher's Google Play account who installed the app — not to a child's account.
Local data (student profiles, lesson plans) is protected by Android's built-in security mechanisms and never leaves your device. Technical data sent to the proxy server and to Google (§3a–3d) does not contain children's personal data or the user's name.
